I think I have found the perfect Pound Cake. It's fantastic as Chocolate and White and now it turns out using blueberries instead of chocolate (what???!?) is just as delightful.
So I went from making it sinful, by using milk chocolate and white chocolate to making appear to be a touch healthy by using blueberries. Sneaky, I know, but it so worth it. I can see raspberries and strawberries, too. Add some blueberries to those colorful red berries and viola, 4th of July desserts.
And yes, I would serve this fruit laced pound cake for breakfast at our bed and breakfast, and also, as an afternoon snack with a nice cup of tea. Again, love multi-purpose recipes.
